This is a brand new Wild West Custom 45-70. A customer ordered it, put a deposit on it($400-$500 or so), then ran into difficulties and disappeared. I bought the gun from Wild West in Alaska at about what the balance was, and so got a killer deal. I sold my Marlin 450 on GA a couple weeks ago, but have now decided to sell this as well, to finance 3 African trips in 08 and 09, and to buy a double rifle in 500 Nitro for Cape Buffalo. I ordered and received 2 boxes of Buffalo Bore 430gr LFN loads at 1,925 FPS. What a cannon this will make! This rifle is parkerized with oiled wood, and is equipped with AO Ghost Ring sights, fiber optic in front with "window" in hood to let light in, the trigger kit @ about 3 crisp lbs, the Bear Proof extractor, oversized lever for gloved hands, and some other WWG options. It is brand new, unfired. Rifle and ammo included in sale. Get this one...no wait, great price.
