Bluing is in excellent shape, small scratch on the right side of the receiver. Has Unertl bases, I used a BKL 1 piece setup clamped to the rear mount to shoot it. No issues shooting factory ammo through it, barrel is 23.75 long and mics .725 at the muzzle. The smith that built it used a Winchester 52 barrel, ammo I used was the .223 diameter stuff, no issues and I don't think it would have been a problem to use .224 bullets. Stock appears to be maple, Niedner peaked butt plate, black grip cap, sling stud hole on the forearm has been filled and on the bottom of the butt you can see where a piece was spliced in on a earlier repair. Action is tight, trigger is a crisp 3lbs, hard to find one of these in this shape. Price is 900.00 plus shipping, probably the price of an early Highwall action by itself.
