This is an original genuine Sig Sauer barrel for P239 pistol (caliber: 40 S&W, length: 3.6 in).

Fired approximately 300 rounds through it. The barrel is clean, and the rifling inside the barrel is in excellent near mint condition. If you have a Sig Sauer P239 in 40 cal or 357 SIG, this would be a great spare barrel.
