Named Model on this Colt HBAR 6601 rifle is simply, the Match Target It comes with a standard 20 inch heavy barrel that is up to match grade specifications. This 6601 is nearest thing to the classic old 6600 HBAR that Colt markets nowadays. Barrel is a very fast 1:7 twist, and this rifle will perform with exceptional accuracy with any bullet weight. As the photos show, this AR comes with a total only one nine round magazine, and it will accept any conventional M-16 type magazines. Note the redesigned laterally vented muzzle brake. Despite its unparalleled match capabilities, and despite the absence of a bayonet lug, this rifle will still not pass muster for transfer to California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York for civilian consumption. Replacement price on this fine rifle, if a person can even find one, is upwards of $2,000 in our area.
