We Accept mailed, legible faxed or e-mail copies of FFL's. We ship when we receive your FFL and Payment. USED FIREARMS HAVE A 3 DAY NON-FIRE INSPECTION PERIOD. If returned the firearm has to be sent back unired and in the same condition it was received and with ALL of the PACKAGE CONTENTS that were shipped with the Fiream. ALL NEW GUNS ARE WARRANTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. It has to be serviced by the MANUFACTURER. We are not a warranty service center. We agree to 10% restocking fee under certain conditions. Legendary Guns Inc., an FFL dealer, was founded in 1988 in Phoenix Arizona to meet a growing demand for quality new, used & antique firearms and accessories. Since then we have consistently grown to become one of the largest stocked gunshops in Arizona. We also have a large inventory of Cowboy Action Shooting guns and accessories and we also support SASS.

Our policies are: We don't engage in internet trades. We take all major credit cards or Bank Checks,and as of the end of May, 2011 we now have to charge a 3%fee. We Try to ship the same day your FFL arrives assuming payment has been secured. We do not ship outside of the USA. We charge $25 handguns to 35.00 shipping for long guns. In the Contenntial USA,Alaska and Hawaii are on a case by case, for all guns and use UPS Ground. We allow a 3 day inspection period starting from UPS deliver date.
