Well made HIGH STANDARD shotgun is 12 ga , chambered for 2 3/4" shell, and has a choke of FULL. The 28" barrel has a very clean bore, and the medal is mostly blue with about 90% blue, some light fading. Action works good on the tube feed in the stock shotgun.The American walnut wood stock has a black hard rubber butt-pad with a LOP of 14 3/8".this is know as the J.C HIGGINS MODEL 583.1100.
