Remington Improved No. 6 falling block single-shot rifle in 22 caliber. S/N 4906XX. 24" barrel with open rear sight, walnut stock with 13 1/8" LOP. Plain metal butt plate. Barrel appears to have been painted black at one time; receivers of the improved version were originally blued, but none remains. Very tight action, crisp trigger, shiny bore with VG rifling. $225 plus $30 shipping. Certified funds or credit cards; add 3% for CC's. Additional photos on request.
