In this year that reminds us so much of 1993, we recall the hundreds of SKS Rifles that we pumped through our little store during President Clinton's inaugural year. The best ones, about 20-25 percent of them, were CSI and Polytech Import. The CSI's, like this one, were the slickest and newest looking of all the SKS's, and here is one of the attractive ones with the polymer gas tube cover. This SKS has been fired very little if at all since it hit port in California sixteen years ago, and it is excellent throughout. The scuffs and pecks on the buttstock are only moderate, and they affect no more than 10 percent of the wood surface by our estimate. These may be original to the rifle, at least original when it shipped out of Ontario, California in 1993, since the small scuffs and pecks were common. Metal bluing is full strength throughout. The original web sling shows no signs of use at all. Bore, chamber and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. This is a much better rifle, both in finish and in construction, than the Yugo variants now on the market. We're offering it for only $ 449.95 Not for sale to California Destinations.
