Here are factory Beretta Magazines for the .40 S&W Model 96 and the C X Four rifles, manufactured during the infamous period that ended in 2004. These are all steel, blue finished, 11 round factory magazines made in Italy. Manufacturer is Pietro Beretta of Gardone Italy. Construction is blue steel body and springs, polymer removable floor plate, and black polymer cartridge follower. These magazines came to us from light duty use as reserve mags for the distinguished officers of the Tampa Police Department. Some of them show Restricted Law Enforcement / Government Use Only, on their right side, and P B cal. .40 S&W Made in Italy on their left side. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint insertion, ejection, and magazine case contact evidence on the body sides and edges of the floorplates. We rate them as Very Good, perhaps even excellent, 90 percent vicinity. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves.
