Full sized 6 pound field piece on a galloper carriage. Barrel is bronze, and sleeved to 2/3 size with a steel sleeve (for safety). Tube was cast by the La Pans foundery off an origional mold dating from the period. This field piece was mainly used for Rev. war re-enactments althoug we did fire it live occassionally.The carriage is based on Mueller's Treastie on Artillery cr: 1763.
