It has a matching bolt. It has a mum. It has a cleaning rod. The bayonet lug is loose and not attached to the stock. It has a couple small cracks in the stock (crack in fore-end of stock and one in front of rear swing swivel. Overall metal finish is good, but has pitting underneath. Please see pictures.
