Vintage Winchester 1886 in rare takedown model. Barrel is 24 inches long, bore is excellent, 9+ condition. Winchester standard front and rear barrel sights. Blue on barrel is thinning to 75%. Receiver and forend cap are fading to silver, some blue remains in protected areas. Mechanically excellent and the takedown mechanism is tight and locks up solid, absolutely no wear. The stocks are in excellent condition, no chips, crack or dents. All wood is proud above the metal in all areas. Finish looks factory to me at 95%. If it has been refinished whoever did the work did a throughly professional job. Classic Winchester takedown ready to hunt, 33 WCF is a great caliber for moose, elk or bear.
