The 12 gauge barrel is marked Belgium, with the Browning choke codes for skeet barrels. The 20 gauge, 28 gauge and 410 gauge are all marked skeet/skeet. All barrels are 26 inch in length. All barrels are correctly serial numbered to the receiver and the 20, 28 and .410 barrels all have Simmons Gun Specialties Inc.Olathe, Kansas. The serial number of this Superposed (9429_S8) dates this shotgun to circa 1968. It is a short tang model however it shows no evidence of salt wood stock damage that is common to guns of this era. The finish is worn from use (see photos) but mechanically it is in very good condition.
