Here is Tapco’s recent contribution to Masterpiece Arms’s continuing revival of its MPA30 series semi-automatic descendants of the MAC-9 Machine Pistol. Its semi-auto heyday was the 1980s, when SW Daniels of Georgia, then Cobray, and finally now Masterpiece Arms resurrected their variants of the Mac-10 or M11. This magazine is a superior product to the only thing we could get 25 years ago, the old steel ones that rattled and were heavy. Manufacturer is Tapco, in the distinguished city of Kennesaw, Georgia. It is the same exact magazine that MPA currently issues in their MPA30 series pistols; Tapco is MPA’s magazine supplier. Construction is High Impact Polymer, made by Tapco’s unique Intrafuse® process. Cartridge follower is of identical material, very thickly made with no-tilt rooftop contour. Spring and floorplate liner are steel. Note that the magazine body has serrated construction for strength, and it is curved for trouble free cartridge feeding. Each Magazine holds 32 rounds of 9mm Luger caliber ammunition. These magazines will only fit Materpiece Arms pistols chambered in 9mm. They will not fit an Uzi, will not fit a Tec-9, will not fit the seat springs of a 1947 John Deere Manure Spreader. All these magazines are brand new, we received them in their newfangled tubes.
