Weatherby PA08 12ga SKULLS Pump Shotgun. 18.5" Cylinder Bore bbl. This is available for sale in my retail store so may be subject to prior sale. We update our listings daily but sometimes there may be a time lag before we remove a listing. All new guns come with factory warranty. All used guns are sold as-is so please ask questions before bidding. If you live in an area with tight restrictions on firearms then it is your responsibility to be familiar with your local laws. California sales ok but require additional $40 fee for filling out California DOJ paperwork. I am not responsible for refunds in the event of your inability to own this item. Local pickup ok but must pay $20 for listing fees. Shipping quote is for continental 48 states only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other areas is higher, request quote BEFORE bidding. If you are the winning bidder, you alone are responsible for contacting your FFL holder and making arrangements with them regarding the transfer of your firearm including having them forwarding a LEGIBLE copy of their FFL to us. If it is incomplete or illegible, then it will be rejected. We will not do this for you. We accept e-mail & hard copies sent via US Mail only. * * We do not consider offers, all offers for less than the listed price are deleted without response. PLEASE NOTE: We have received a number of FFL's recently which are incomplete or illegible. Per ATF regs the copy must be complete, have the signature, printed name, title & date signed on the copy. Copies which are cropped so not all of the information is visible or any part is illegible are not acceptable. Please address these issues with your FFL ahead of time as they result in delays. We are not responsible for issues you may have with your FFL and do not issue refunds due to FFL issues. Also, we need to know if your FFL is a business or a residence for shipping purposes. Residence addresses are assessed a $5.00 upcharge over the stated shipping charges by the shipping companies. We accept personal & business checks, money orders and credit cards. Checks take a week to clear after receipt. Credit cards are assessed a 5% loss of cash discount to recover our costs. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close or the item will be relisted and a non paying buyer claim filed. In the event of shortages, I do not ship until the item is paid for in full.
