Early war Mauser HSc high polish Eagle /655, and eagle/n proofed, with an excellent bore.Medal has about 96% blue, with shallow frosting across the slide from storage, not pitting.Walnut German grips are good with a couple wartime nicks, and a small chip form the out-side edge of the left grip. Comes with one Mauser Banner marked mag. Serial number 7311XX. Overall a good collectible gun. this is from the first group of 3,000 guns procured by the army, and the starting serial number of the group was 704312!
