This auction is for a Yugo M70 Underfold NIB, with wood Stock.
Be sure you can buy this firearm in your area before bidding.
Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction in form of Cashiers check, Money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, our prices reflect a 3.25% cash discount so this amount will be added back with the use of a credit card.
I do not accept Personal checks or Business Checks.
We will accept layaways. Layaways will work as the following take the total of the auction + the shipping divide the total by 1/3’s, the first payment is due within 7 days of end of auction, the second payment is due within 30 days of auction ending and the third and final payment is due within 60 days of end of auction. There will be a 10% restocking fee if you bid on a item and start in to a layaway then cancel. You must contact us prior to bidding on a layaway plan.
We do accept trades on most of our firearms. The way we will do our trades is you need to contact us prior to any bidding and we must come to a mutual agreement on a trade in price, then you will need to ship the item to us after the auction has ended at your cost we will inspect it to make sure it is described as you stated, if we are happy with it we will complete the transaction, if not we will return it to you and give you the option to purchase the item outright.
We do reserve the right to cancel any auction early due to the item is for sale locally and on line. Incase an item gets bought or bid at the same time we will look at the date and time of the purchase or bid and take the earliest of the two. Also because of gun shows we do cancel items on some Fridays or Saturdays prior to taking them to a gun show.
We do have a strict policy on you bid you buy. If you bid on one of our items and do not complete the transaction we do leave negative feedback.
We must charge 7% sales tax for Indiana residents.
We do sell to California as longs as the firearm or Mag is in compliance with California laws.
