I have For Sale a used Perazzi TMX Custom Stock with a slight left hand cast. This is not a factory stock, it was custom made. It has Beautiful Wood as you can see by the pictures. It has 4 small vertical hairline cracks in the wood. The cracks are on the right side of the stock. The cracks are shallow. Email me for close-up pictures of the cracks. I was told that the wood "blank" was probably not given enough time to cure before the stock was fitted and finished. The owner of this stock is a Professional Gunsmith. He said this happens sometimes with very fancy wood. He said it's fine "As is" or the cracks can be filled and the stock refinished. He thought about filling the cracks and refinishing it, but decided just to sell it "As is". Buyer pays actual shipping costs.
