Remington model 597 semi-auto rifle chambered in .22 LR

This auction is for a super nice Remington 597 with a matte stainless receiver, 20” carbine fiber bull barrel and red/brown/gray wood laminate thumbhole stock! The gun is in really fine shape, with virtually not a blemish on it. Comes with a Weaver base installed in the factory grooved receiver: so your choice of standard or 3/8” rings. Shoots fine, cycles well using premium .22 LR ammo. Bore is shiny with great rifling. This is an especially nice looking gun!!! S/N B27456xx, haven’t seen this configuration before – maybe an exclusive manufacturing run for a distributor.
