The octagonal Barrel is 36 inches long and appears to be about 38 Caliber. The L.O.P is 13 1/2" It came out of an old estate collection and uncertain about original origin. Lockplate is unmarked. There is engraving on the trigger guard that is almost not visible caused by a light film of corrosion on the metal as seen in the photos. It has a double set trigger. The action works fine. Rifle is tight with wood and not loose in any areas. The Wood is in excellent condition other than some light old handling marks. It is a great peace of early American history. This is an antique so no FFL is required. The cost of shipping and insurance is $29.00. We are a (FFL) Federal Firearms Licensed business in New York.
