"W. Richards" marked double hammer 12GA shotgun. Here we have a Henri Pieper of Liege, Belgium (1859) made damascus fine-twist double-barrel antique shotgun. Very unusual marking on underside of receiver that looks like a representation of the Confederate battle flag. This gun was purchased at a Georgia estate sale and could possibly have been used in the war between the states. Could use a good cleaning, and some minor repair.
