It has been shot and carried, showing average use but retaining more than 90% of the original finish. The case colors are starting to fade, there is muzzle wear and some cylinder scratches, and with some very light rust speckles here and there. However, it is tight, mechanically perfect and has a fine bore. Good for a collector who actually takes guns to the range once in a while! Accompanying the Colt is a '40's or '50's vintage H. H. Heiser carved leather holster in extremely good condition. The holster is worth between $350 and $500 on its own.
