this pre-war Astra model 400 dated 1921, is in excellent condition with about 93% blue, and some corrosion near the front sight from being holstered a long time. Has sharp rifling and a clean bore. Te walnut hand checkered grips are good, with the right side haveing a small area flattened, where the index finger reaches for the trigger, and the bottom of the grip has a smooth are from rubbing in the holster!.This is chambered for the 9mm largo caliber. most of these were used in the Spanish civil war.
