This is the North American Arms Mini Revolver, numbered model simply NAA22LR. It is a Matte Stainless Five Shot Single Action revolver made on the order of the early Smith & Wesson Ladysmiths. From its B50000 range serial number, it was manufactured in 1987. Manufacturer and warrantor is North American Arms of Provo, Utah. Construction is entirely stainless steel metal, with laminated wood grip panels. Type is single action only revolver with conventional integral hammer nose firing pin and half cock position. Chambering is .22 Short, Long, or Long rifle calibers interchangeably with 5 round cylinder capacity. Cylinder is roll out detent pull pin, the cylinder detaches and ejection is achieved with the cylinder pin. Barrel is 1 1/8 inch 8 groove with 1/12 right hand twist. Sight is staked on half moon blade type front with frame integral fixed notch rear, and a person can actually hit something with this revolver. Overall length is 3 3/4 inches; weight 4.6 oz. empty. Finish is brushed stainless cylinder and frame laterals with matte stainless barrel and verticals. Grip material is semi gloss laminate. This specimen comes to us from light security duty in New England. It has been factory refinished. Surface detractions are negligible, only faint weakness to its lettering on the right side of the frame. We rate it as Excellent / factory refinish. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, cylinder chambers, and mechanism are all bright and clean.
