MASSIVE REDUCTION-AGAIN; This Third Model Hand Ejector, also called the Wolf & Kahr model is a 5" fixed sight model made in 1930 The caliber is.44 Special Smith & Wesson and the nickle finish absolutelty perfect. The service hammer has the rounded knurled checkering and the factory smooth faced trigger have beautiful color case hardened finishes. The action is tight and the bore has fine lands and grooves. The unusual thing about this revolver is that it has an early set of Steve Herret's custom, walnut handfilling grips, circa 1947-48. The grips are slightly worn, and do sport a minor chip on the right side of the butt. The revolver shoots to point of aim at twenty yards with 200 g. lead bullets and 7.5 grs. of Unique. With the exception of the custom grips it looks as if it left Springfield yesterday. The meteal finish is perfect.
