VERY VERY EARLY SERIAL NUMBER 436

STOCK AND BUTT PLATE ARE VERY GOOD WITH NO CRACKS ANYWHERE IN THE WOOD. I'M A LITTLE AMAZED!

OCTOGON BARREL IS MOSTLY NRA VERY GOOD WITH A FEW NICKS, BUT RETAINS MOST OF ITS ORIGINAL BLUING.

STAMPED "F. WESSON WORCESTER, MASS. PATENTED OCTOBER 25, 1859" BEHIND REAR SIGHT ATOP OF BARREL.

STILL SHOOTABLE CONDITION.
