Very nice, RARE, 16g. shotgun. Markings on barrel read "L.Gasser's Nachfolger" "Leopold Ullrich Wein" and "compound cap". This gun was produced in Belgium and proofed in Austria. 28 1/4" barrels choked SK/M, 14 3/4" LOP, 1 5/8" x 2 5/8", 2 1/2" chambers. Double triggers, Ejectors. Cheek piece on stock and sling swivel. Extremely nice relief engraving on fences and very fine checkering. Sterling silver medallion on for end for engraving. Really nicely made. S# 37xxx -circa 1912?
