The receiver is fully covered by deeply shaded flowing scroll acanthus. The lettering is all gold inlaid with each lockplate stating "Lazaro Arrizabalaga" and the bottom of the action states "Lazaro Arrizabalaga Patente 150989". The barrel sets are labeled #1 and #2 in gold with "Especial para W.J.Holliday" on both. The trigger guard has matching scroll and inlaid gold crown on a bow.

The straight grip English stock and splinter forearm are beautifully figured 'stump grained' European walnut with 24LPI pattern checkering on the grip surfaces and perfect dropper points. This gun comes in a mid-brown leatherite case with nickle plated corners and lock. It is lined with gold felt and has a Luigi Franchi leather banner in the lid.
