Very early receiver serial number, #31843. 1904 production, i believe., with a 1917 barrel date. Good looking bore but, looks like the exterior of the metal has been sanded at one time. Has a really odd rear sight, resembles one on an old springfield trapdoor that i once owned. The recoil pad is really funky. Any how here it is. Restoration or parts?
