this is a winchester model 12 reproduction by browning the gun is as new in the box. yes it has been fired a few times. no there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. yes it is in beautiful condition.the wood is better than any other grade one that i have seen. i rate it as 99% if not better.this is a modified choke gun they were all made modified with 26 inch barrels and vent ribs.i promise that you will be pleased as the pictures show it all. any light spots are simply the reflection from the camera flash. i will include one whole box and a partial box of ammunition with the gun. have 15 or so boxes of one ounce loads that i plan to sell. you can return if it doesnt leave your f.f.l. and its unfired and insured shipping is paid by you. questions email here or simply call yhanks for looking
