We are very liberal in our return policy. We allow a 5 day inspection period from the time of confirmed receipt of the firearm at your FFL location or accessory at your shipping location:
New firearms - The inspection period is for you to determine that the firearm is as described and is in good condition. New firearms must not be fired.
Any new firearm that has been used by the buyer and found to be in non-working order, malfunctions or has functional issues - Must notify manufacturer for warranty claim (All our new firearms are covered by manufacturer warranty).
Used firearms - Issues including function of the firearm, we must be notified within the 5 day inspection period from time of receipt at your FFL's location. Contact us with any issue that may arise with your purchase. We require a returns goods authorization (RGA) prior to the return of any item to our warehouse.
Accessories - Contact us within the 5 day inspection period with your concerns. Return tems must be in unused, re-salable condition and include all manufacturer retail packaging for return unless allowed/waived by Southern Gun Brokers.
