This is rare, early Flues engraving with dog scenes on the sides and ducks on the bottom, engraved by one of the finest engravers of the day, Edward Latham. It is very different from later Flues and NID engraving, and is absolutely stunning; some of the most distinct of that era. This gun has been completely restored to historical correct finishes and has the finest damascus barrels with over 40 thou minimum wall thickness, mirror bores, and factory chokes. Get some of RST 10 gauge Nice Shot shells ( rstshells ) and go for geese and ducks just as this gun did over 100 years ago! Or crush some clay targets at the traps. Either would be a true BLAST with this big gun. This is a very excellent gun mechanically; tight on face and hinge, perfect bores and screws, sound wood with that awesome fleur-de-lis checkering. A great investment and a lot of gun for the money (10lbs. 2 oz. of gun to be exact!).
