***NEW! Black Widow Dark Earth Series*** This is our brand new series of custom Black Widow AK47 rifles (7.62X39mm) featuring the Dark Earth Tactical furniture from TAPCO. Designed with direct input from military clientele, the AK FUSION Dark Earth handguard set enhances the look and function of your AK47. The lower handguard houses a concealed Picatinny rail for mounting lights, lasers, or vertical grips. The matched upper handguard offers increased dissipation and improved styling. Inspired by the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon, the AK47 SAW pistol grip features a more ergonomic angle and increased width for greater comfort and control. Inside the grip housing is a useful storage compartment. This tactical grip is constructed of military-grade composite for years of use. Patterned after the classic Galil design, the AK folding stock is ideal for use in vehicle operations or confined spaces- when folded it greatly reduces the overall length of the weapon. When needed the stock easily deploys to the open position and locks for a rigid shooting platform. The weapon can be comfortably fired with the stock in the folded position. The TAPCO Vertical foregrip provides the shooter with increased weapon control and additional battery storage. The unique contour of the grip allows solid attachment of tactical light tape switches along the flat sides. Secured with a rubber plug, the waterproof storage compartment allows for the storage of batteries and other weapon essentials. Mounts securely to the rail and enables the shooter to acquire the target faster plus enhances stability during rapid fire situations. The G2 trigger group offers an improved trigger pull of 3-4 lbs. and eliminates the painful trigger slap common on other designs. All G2 components are heat treated to 45-48C Rockwell hardness and manufactured with tough 4140 tool-grade carbon steel. A precision secondary machining process ensures perfect fit and function. The brand new American made receiver is made from Ordnance Grade 4130 steel. It is fully heat treated to 40 on the Rockwell "C" Scale for maximum strength and durability. The receiver is a TRUE double stack hi-capacity receiver with the proper “dimples” that securely holds magazines and drums for proper feed and function. Key receiver rivets are heat-set for added strength. This rifle features our trademark custom hot blued/black metal finish. This custom finish is the result of a proprietary hot bluing process that was specially developed for the Black Widow AK47 rifle series. Customer feedback indicates this finish is preferred over any other metal finish currently available. The original military chrome lined barrel has a bayonet lug and threaded slant muzzle break. The custom hot bluing, smooth G2 trigger, and superior design set this rifle apart from other run of the mill AK's. This package includes Two(2) Promag 30rd US made polymer magazines. Stock Photo.
