In excellent condition, 90-95%. Nice wood, great blueing. Rare 16-gauge in take-down configuration. Barrel is stamped "FULL", and is 26-inch. Has Poly Choke, a local gunsmith and Winchester afficinado says he's unsure if it's factory or aftermarket as some came with them. The barrel HAS NOT been cut, the threaded hole for the front bead is visible inside the bore. Halves do not appear to have ever been separated. Made in 1940, the 34th Edition of the Blue Book of Gun Values shows it at $825 in 90% condition (page 2150). I'm asking $650, this shotgun is suitable for about anything you'd want it for, hunting, collecting or maybe even CAS. May consider trades, no plastic or pot-metal, no ARs or shotguns.
