we have in our possession,a COLT PRE/POST WAR 38 super, fat barrel government model.this gun according to the cheater book, was made in 1948,and has the pre war slide markings,a military safety, a military hammer [blued], and what appears to be a military main spring housing. THIS gun is in AT LEAST 96% or better !!!!!!!!!! looking at the inside of this ,it has not been fired much, as evidence of the wear on the barrel, and the rails. this is the best we have ever had !!!!!!!!!!! absolutely fantastic condition.!!!!!!!!!!! these are extremely RARE to find in this condition.!!!!!!!
