45-70 has 22 inch barrel with original sights and 3/4 magazine. Non checkered walnut straight grip stock with original curved hard rubber butt plate. Made in 1975 before the crossbolt safety was added. All in 95%+ condition except for the right side of receiver has been cleaned with steel wool that left some light scratching of the blue.

You have a 3 day inspection on all items. If you do not agree with our description you can send the item back for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges and credit card fees will not be refunded.

If you live in a less than gun friendly city or state it is your responsibility to verify that the item you intend to purchase is legal to own and be sent there before clicking buy it. If the item is shipped and you are legally unable to finalize the transaction you are responsible for shipping charges both ways and a 15% restocking fee.
