Union Armera (Grulla) Model 215. Please read carefully, because it may take a couple or readings to comprehend. This Union Armera was made in 1957! That is correct, 1957. (Pre DIARM) It is nicer than the Union Armeras made in the 80's just before changing the name to Grulla. 12ga, 26" barrels, IC/Mod. The wood is better than the picture shows it to be, 14 1/4" LOP to end or recoil pad, drop at comb 1 1/2", drop at heel 2 1/4". I am sure you noticed the American configuration of pistol grip and beavertail forend, all beautifully hand checkered with what looks like 24 lines per inch. 100% engraving coverage, all done by hand. Note the subtle shading in the engraving, something Grulla continues to lead the field with. Articulated front trigger, double triggers as all proper doubles should be (want to hear my personal sad stories about single triggers on doubles?), two ivory beads. Weight is 7 pounds even. Although it has short barrels, the balance point is just ahead of the hinge pin, putting the weight where it should be for swinging the gun through targets. (Those who espouse longer barrels in grouse and woodcock covers have never hunted them where I do. Those guys walk trails and read too much chat room bull.) Ask questions, but be quick. My price is less than half the price of a new Grulla. It is Excellent in every way. $3995
