This fine 12 bore double, built in 1968 for Abercrombie & Fitch by the famed Italian gunmaker F.lli Rizzini (for the firm of Rinaldo Zoli), is in near new condition and has been custom stocked with a gorgeous piece of European Walnut by Mike Yee of Washington state. The wood to metal fit, fine 24 LPI borderless checkering, and meticulous hand rubbed oil finish is a testament to Mr. Yee's reputation as a quality custom stock maker. The case color and blue show almost no use, and the 7 pound gun balances nicely in hand. With the beavertail and single (non-selective) trigger it would make a very nice clays gun as well as a great game gun. The mechanics are excellent with a crisp trigger pull, well timed ejectors, mirror bores, and perfect screws. Just the custom stock job alone is worth far more than the asking price of the gun. With the nice touch of engraving, vivid case color, and quality features like double underlug bites, rebated and scalloped frame, and gorgeous wood, this gun will make you a proud owner of a fine Italian double gun.
