This is a true custom built Mauser in the classic sporter style. All work done by a gunsmith with 30 years of hands on expierience. The action and trigger guard have been contoured. The bolt lugs have been lapped, and a new 24in. Douglas barrel installed. A Bold trigger w/safety is installed. The stock is a nice piece of Claro Walnut with contrasting wood fore end tip and grip cap. The stock was hand fitted and glass bedded. The hand cut checkering is done in a 22LPI point pattern. The finish is hand applied and rubbed true oil. There is a Pachmeyer rifle pad and sling swivels installed. Leupold scoped bases have been fitted to the rifle and are included.
