Colt mod# Official Police .38 spl cal double action revolver w/6" round tappered barrel. fixed sites. rt hand custom grip of brown wood w/rt thumb rest. There is a cylinder ring & some holster wear on both sides of the barrel. bluing is about 65% & there is some 25% patina. mechanicly the gun is tight & locks firmly as the hammer is coming down. No schroud over the ejector rod. California qualified only with current C&R lic. in store. otherwise we must sell it outside of California. s/n 747xxx (I think this is a pre WW-II gun)
