The domestic China Made process, very similar to the Russian, is a super strong, battle-ready construction of fabric layered fiberglass, visible on close inspection. This one’s surface detractions are only moderate, scouring and wrinkling here and there, and its metal approaches Excellent Condition. Bolt and bore are chrome lined, excellent mechanically, with the bore and mechanism all bright, clean, and excellent. We rate the rifle itself as a strong Very Good, close to Excellent specimen, but photos ought to suffice so that our distinguished shoppers can judge finish grade for themselves. Note that this specimen has a USA blue steel 30 round conversion, so it is not transferable to civilians in California or copycat District of Columbia. For civilian buyers in less restrictive jurisdictions, we will sub a 10 round steel conversion by USA Magazine Company. Barrel is 20 inches, length of pull is original 12 inches; and bayonet is chrome plated spike type. Sling is original Chinese GI.
