3. After making your final payment, have your FFL fax a copy of there license with your name printed on it.
*We have well over a 100 firearms on layaway,your name must be printed on the license or we will not know who the FFL is for.
Warranty Information: All guns sold on "EASY PAY" are brand new in the box and have full manufacturers warranties. All guns are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We do not warranty the guns ourselves.
Return Policy: Firearms come with a 3-day no-fire inspection/return privilege. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the gun within the 3-days. In case of return the buyer pays all return shipping. The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) rules and regulations for the control and monitoring of firearms and transactions are extensive. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all firearms returned.This is to cover our cost for re-processing and re-logging under these new BATF regulations. Only UNFIRED, new in the box firearms may be returned. All manuals, warranty cards, locks, chokes etc. must be in the box with the firearm. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know the regulations of the state, county, and city they reside in. costs.
