This gun was special built from scratch, utilizing wrought iron and machining techniques of the nineteenth century, No near net shape casting and CNC machining like modern reproductions. This gun will stand metallurgical scrutiny of the 1840 period. This gun was built by the late famed Master Gunsmith, Thomas Haas.of Guns Unlimited, Spencer Indiana. This is .36 Caliber and has two barrels numbered together. One barrel is 9 inch, the other is 4 1/2 inch. The set comes with an extra cylinder and wedge pin numbered to the gun. Each barrel has the correctly marked barrel address - Patent Arms Manufacturing Company, Paterson, N.J. In the correct font and size, even the dies are exactly the same, as originals, including, chipped and broken die marks as many original Paterson revolvers had.
