Popularized in this country by one of the top Tactical Carbine instructors of the day, Jim Crews author of the classic treatise " Urban Carbine -Some of the Answer ". Front cover and interior photos show Jim demonstrating technique with Flat-top 5.56 carbine wearing the Falcon as primary optic. Unit features small aprox 2- 3 minute dot for precision use. Intensity of dot is user-adjustable. Comes in original factory hard box with mounts for both flat-top and carry-handle rifles. Two lithium batteries included, ( uses one at a time ) along with factory paperwork / instructions. Purple battery is the original Israeli pkg'd w the scope, whose 10 yr shelf life expired in 2005.
