Colt early M4 14.5" barreled upper with fixed carryhandle, A1 sight, forward assist and shell deflector - this Commando style upper receiver is also referred to as a C7 style upper receiver.
This rare early M4 production upper is an excellent condition take-off, with only a few minor handling marks and marks on the lugs that go into the lower. Fired approx. 200 rounds, no throat erosion. This all Colt upper is dark grey in color, produced in the early to mid-90's and comes complete with the full-auto carrier group.
Please note: this upper has an M4 notched handguard cap for utilization of the M203 grenade launcher. Before the M203 was used on 14.5" M4 barrels a standard round handguard cap was used. This early example has a modified, or notched, round handguard cap, this modification having been done by the Colt factory.
Upper Markings: C H, ejection port proofs, barrel (C) MP 5.56 NATO 1/7, bolt carrier C, bolt MPC.
