Here is the basic Springfield Armory M1-A Rifle with a 10 shot original factory magazine. Barrel is 22 inch with perforated and short-slotted muzzle brake that is solid on its bottom surfaces to reduce muzzle climb and aid sight reacquisition. Sighting picture is conventional traditional windage and elevation adjustable aperture rear with wing-protected blade front as the photos show. Metal Finish is military style parkerized; stock is high impact polymer with recoil pad, and with traditional black polymer barrel cover on the forend area. Trigger is two stage military type, and the receiver will accept most any of the current scope mounting devices that are on the market, some of which we sell. Weight empty is 9.3 pounds, and this rifle is furnished with one magazine, a military instruction manual, and all its papers, production dated hang tags and chamber protector. Replacement pricing on most any M1A ranges upwards of $2,000 in our area, never easy to come across. We’re offering the rifle in the photos, however, Springfield Armory SKU MA9102CA, or one of its identical mates, for only $ 1389.00. 2% discount if payment is with USPS Money Orders and not credit card. Not transferable to civilians in Chicago or Massachusetts.
