REDUCED - GET READY FOR DOVE SEASON: This auction is for a like new, Winchester Model 1400 MKII semi-automatic 12ga shotgun w/win choke. It is in 99.5% condition. I am the original owner and less than 4 boxes of shells have been fired through the shotgun. It has been maintained in a climate controlled environment. This shotgun comes with 28 inch barrel chambered for 2-3/4 inch 12 gauge shotgun shells. The barrel has a full length vent rib on it. The blueing on the barrel and receiver is in almost perfect shape and the forend and stock w/ Winchester recoil pad are in excellent condition. This shotgun comes with one choke, the original Hunter's Pocket Guide, and the original Instruction Manual. Please insure that you or your FFL holder provide me the FFL holder's name, address, FAX #, ph# and email address. Purchaser is responsible for knowing and abiding by their local laws which apply to the purchase of a firearm. Local pickup in TX is OK. I will accept cash, postal money orders and personal checks. Note that shipment will be delayed for 8 to 12 days (until payment fully clears), if payment is by personal check. ENCLOSE a print out of the auction with your remittance. All sales are as is and are final. (No sales in CA; Ny,Ny;) Please, Ask any Questions Before bidding . Payment for the purchased Item must reach me within 7 days of auction closing or the sale will be null and void. So, be sure that you have the money available to pay for the item, before bidding.
