LG56008 Here is an excellent reincarnation of John Moses Browning’s Winchester 1892 Trapper, a Rossi 92 chambered in .357 Magnum Caliber, manufactured in Brazil by Rossi and imported by Taurus’s Braztech wing in Miami. Its only departure from the classic 1892 design is a hammer block safety, mounted unobtrusively on top of the bolt just forward of the hammer. Metal is entirely blue steel. Forend and buttstock are walnut stained Brazilian hardwood. Buttplate is blue steel as well. Barrel is 16 inches long, and capacity is 8+1 rounds of .357 Magnum or .38 Special ammunition. Weight empty is only 6 pounds, and overall length is a compact 34 3/8 inches. Buyer will receive the Carbine in the photo or one of its identical mates.
