Remington Model 341-P "The Sportsmaster" bolt action rimfire .22cal rifle. Perhaps this is your grandpa's old squirrel gun. Rare find in this condition. MFG. 1936-40. Shoots .22 short, long, and long rifle ammunition. 24 in. barrel with an excellent bore, 15 shot (.22 l/r) tube magazine. Nice action, very reliable feed with cartridge elevator. Hooded front ring sight matched with a rear tang sight. Dove tail cut is present for standard rear sight. Wood stock contains some handling marks from over the years. Includes a leather sling. This earlier production Remington rimfire illustrates quality craftsmanship.
