Ruger Mini-14 in .223 caliber - has a composite stock with rubber overmold in certain key areas - Blue - has has some minor scribbling on the BOLT - looks like a date but no name or ssn number - would probably cover over easily with some touch up blue - otherwise this gun is in gret shape - not a ranch rifle - add $25 for shipping - 3 day inspection - USPS shipping
